I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, had stains on the carpet, and appeared a bit dark and drab, but they were well-furnished and clean. The service, from the friendly locals, especially Amy at the front desk and Sam, the owner, was exceptional. The location was fantastic, right at the mouth of the Rogue River with beautiful views, though the dining experience didn't live up to expectations. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
